Valeria Klimova ESL is a fast-growing educational company. We are developing an innovative online language project for people who are learning English as a second language. We are truly remote. We are working from 8 different cities in 5 different countries and we have students all over the world — China, Uruguay, Belarus, Spain, France, Russia, USA, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Italy, Ecuador, Latvia, etc.
What were the problems you were facing?
Our biggest problem was setting up meetings across multiple time zones suitable for everyone’s schedule. We organize all our meetings online through Zoom. And every single time we need to find the optimal time for 29 people across the world. Setting up the webinars at the suitable time for all students was a big challenge for my Clients Service Manager. Sometimes, we used to spend hours only setting up meetings.
